As a Christian Youth Work organisation, Camberley Youth for Christ affirms our belief in the God-given value of every individual with whom we work or have contact. In recognition of God’s wholehearted commitment to them, we are committed to treating each individual with value and dignity and aim that none suffers abuse of any kind.
It is the responsibility of each one of us to safeguard children, young people and adults at risk of harm against any form of harm and to report any abuse discovered or suspected. With this in mind, Camberley Youth for Christ is committed to supporting, resourcing and training all those who work with children, young people and adults at risk of harm across our organisation.
All staff and volunteers receive training and a copy of our safeguarding policy. We also recruit following our safe recruitment guidelines.
